He served as a manager, executive producer, and producer for numerous artists. Ramon was a graduate of Whittier College. His past clients have included Little Richard, Vanessa L. Williams, Zhane, Babyface and Phillip Saisse. He was a manager of Natalie Cole, as well as Andraé Crouch. He also served as the executive producer to Chisholm '72 - Unbought & Unbossed.
